At the end of 2007 together with Marion and at the time old friend Alexander Raptus which used to be the VP engineering of TogetherSoft bought by Borland then and together within we founded Agri42 in Berlin. "We always been against implementing the traditional structure with management lines and HR and finance and all these things so even today at Agri42 we don't have HR or finance" He says they can run basically a three very large revenue stream on in 13 countries so that's already agile in itself. The next big thing people believe in somehow rather than focusing on quality they're making sure that you get your stuff straight and they make the best out of it.
