Wouldn't You Want to Self-Publish Your Application?
If it takes a second or almost no effort to build your application, isn't that easier for you than to request that somebody builds application for you? Let's say I don't mind building the application, but I have to call somebody to get infrastructure. Same thing. There is no way that I would go back to asking an operator or C-sadmin or whatever the role is in my company to give me a cluster in AWS. If all I have to do is execute a single command and maybe wait a bit, but I will need to wait no matter whether I'm creating it or somebody else.
