"We did 140,000 pounds of horizontal volume and everyone come by our complaints. You don't do single leg work. Well, that's 70,000 pounds," he said. "And then going backwards, we did 112 and going sideways at 56,000 pounds." The weight went up with the fighters as their body adapts to a higher level of training in order for them to be able to take on bigger opponents like Mayweather or Pacquiao.
