Dollar looks strong compared to the last three to five years, that's for sure. But i think if you go back much further, the dollar has been a lot stronger for a variety of reasons. We are looking for a test of one 20 on cable again, and eventually a move through that level. The urohas been a capital exporterfr for many, many years. So there's a new value proposition that the uro needs to offer at this point in time, simply to avoid going down,. And i think that's absent right now.
