Jillian Tett, Editor at large for the Financial Times, US, is back. She says banks are safer than they were in 2008 but financial system has not been healed because of easy money. The reason Silicon Valley blew up was because as a result of getting used to cheap money, it had gone out and bought treasury bonds which it very, very stupidly hadn't hedged against interest rates going up.
