How Do You Deconstruct Negativity?

The more you think about not doing it, the harder it gets. It's a little counterintuitive because the moment you say to somebody, don't think about those negative thoughts,. They're just going to keep thinking about the next. Or for example, academically, I remember there was a couple of classes you could take pass fail. And I always would get like an A in those classes because I didn't like care as much. What a waste. But you know, the less you know, let's explore that!
