How Did You Get That Idea of Demographic Driven Real Estate?
How did you get to that kernel of a thought? I was doing some work in that space. It was sort of the redheaded stepchild of real estate, small fragmented deals and very interesting fundamentals. So it sort of has that same feel as what I was doing in Central Europe. And so my feeling was, okay, if I become the pure play in demographics, okay, it might take a while to get that message out there, but I think people will see the benefits.
