The Risks of Facebook's New Messenger App

Alyssa: I think Facebook's in a very interesting position. People are so used to it and the conversations are already there you have the history of the conversation. It's not guaranteed that the engine from A to B can actually swing them to point C. We're seeing articles on medium people are leaving four square because they really can't understand the new swarm app. So but is this something you can only do if you are like a really big giant like these these guys are?
