Nord Stream 2 pipeline was blown up in Russia. Former U.S. intelligence chief says he believes it was the Russians but there's still a lot of questions about who did it. He thinks Ukraine could have done it and is not implausible because they already had a significant strike on coach bridge for example. The United States can be a pretty leaky sieve in terms of information, according to his former intel colleagues.
