Jim Boulden: Some companies over hired in not really understanding how the market was going to shape up after or wherever we're at kind of in this after state of COVID. He says Silicon Valley grew too fast in the past two years, because like everybody was hiring. And now all of a sudden it's like, hey, actually, we're not growing anymore,. We're actually shrinking a little bit.
