Moon Birds - You Don't Own the Ip
i think this one was perhaps the most egregious in terms of the marketing materials having a major discrepancy with the underlying license. If you spend 50 grand on a moon bird, and then some other dud mince one and sports it as a profile picture, i mean, to me, that totally undermines the relevance of why anyone would buy an nft. But if you're buying an expensive nft because of rarity traits, you should own that image. I forget copyright. Stil, i don't go.
