In the middle, where they overlap, is really where dignity lies. I think we as companies, or as managers, as people, even tend to fall into or the pendulum swings too far on one side or the other. And it's really worth having the ation about, like, how do you peg the middle of that, right? You know, that's the ven diagram, the overlap.
