I like to sit down with people and go okay well what are you doing from a training. perspective and weigh up all these other risk factors as well because biomechanics can have some impact upon performance. And I think that's a really great and important point Chris is to consider the other factors. It's no different to the over attribution that we've all probably fallen into throughout our recreational slash you know sporting shoots for example pair of shoes. Not just things like the shoes and the mechanics granted they're 1% of it but also interact with one another.
