Two Really Good Objections to the Sea Peoples to Philistines to Common Mass Migration
Migration is a possible explanation, but it's a long, long way from the only one. Cultural contact is the best other possible option. We know that tons of people were going back and forth between the southern Levant, Cyprus, and the Aegean. There is no reason why that style of pottery making couldn't have spread without their having been a huge movement of people. Migration has not been particularly well explained as an actual process that real people do.
