How Long Did You Train in Burma?

In burma, am it was just meditation. So we were doing an 18 hour day. It was eight hours of sitting and eight hours of walking, meditation, all in the same room. Plus in the two hours for for eating, at five in the morning and 11 am. You'd have lunch, and then no eating after midday. And then you'd have somewhere around three, three and a half hours sleep at night time. And that was it, seven days a week. Retrospectively, i think i would have done things a little differently. I mea really kind of quite extreme.
