Inflation Is Turning a Corner in the UK
The uk inflation numbers are out to later on today andrew balee has been talking about them in front of the commons treasury committee saying that he thinks inflation has turned the corner. That is a fairly easy call isn't it really because if we're looking at but the headline number we know that that will drop just because of base effects so not a particularly big call from the governor of the bank of England yeah that's right. The one area where they did see the services growth slow a little still at 55.1 so still very much in expansion territory and actually the same read as the united statesso there's still a lot of growth in the service sector.
