In the UK Extinction Rebellion grew from 10 good friends to almost 10,000 people. How do you manage that growth and how do you ensure you're kind of democratic and participatory as you scale? I think that is a huge challenge for really fast growing and more democratic or horizontal social movements. It's really hard to keep up momentum and basically keep things going well because there's loads of conflicts that happen.
