Buying Value Stocks in a Bear Market
Bear markets are the best time to be buying stocks, because that's when attractive valuations present themselves. You can't buy a cheap stock in saling and hold it for six months, because cheap can get cheaper. A growth stock alone can become a value stock as people re rate that multiple. There are justly cheap stocks out there, but you have to have a time horizon.
