In general, Americans have the same attitude toward television as they do toward Congress in terms of favorability ratings. And I wonder if there's a link because what's happened politically, and we've talked about this on episode,. maybe a year and a half or two years ago, tracing out people's confidence in government over many decades. The media pits us against each other for the same reason.
