How Do You Share Your Story Ideas on the Run?
I sometimes write down just little notes on my phone as I run. It can be a really useful way of communicating and jotting down those ideas so they're recorded. The other key thing I do is go for runs with people. If I have a source or someone who's assisting with the story, it's actually a great way. And their mind's flowing like your mind. So they're coming up with ideas and thoughts and creative ways of looking at things. You're discussing them as you run. It's quite an intimate thing going for a run with someone it can be.
