The Solution to Permanent Conflict

The most effective thing you could do in the first year is to establish what one likes, what one is good at. And then just make sure that that's your domain, that's my domain. I see so many people not doing this and I see, you know, so many people even come into me and tell me how you use permanent conflict. Just don't. Can't be. Don't have permanent conflict.
