Is There More Than We Need in a Lot of Ways?

We just have grown increasingly reliant on a few like grains and cereals, um and starches. We need more than they need us in a lot of senses. I find the e texture and taste of to be kind of, for lack of a betty food, revolting. Of course, there are other corn species that are edible because, you know, they were cultivated in masso america.
