When i got out of journalism school at the university of missouri, i loved marketing, and i loved advertising, but i had to get a job. Nobody was hiring back then. Inflation was 20%. Unemployment was double digits. No if you were trying to get inthe agency advertising business or marketing business, nobody'd hire you,. cause youdi have experience. I just wanted to get in a door. My single biggest thing was to get an opportunity, which i got. But then as you grow in your career, you're your single biggest thing's going to change because youre ambitions and where you're at in your career is going to change. So that's what we encourage
