The Science of Meditating

Our brain is literally kind of changing shape as we sit down to to meditate over a period of time. So this isn't just a sort of a psychological phenomena. It is a physiological phenomena. For me, personally, meditating has helped me form coping mechanisms i didn't have before. I think if i, if i wanted listeners to understand, and i'm not assistant me, yeah, an us. Yet i do hear to give you a hard time.
