The patient had a right weakness. Right weakness means that probably the elation if we think about the brain is in the left brain. The most important part in the neurology console probably is a physical exam. If there is an attention with a language deficit, we can think about a localized versus diffuse process. And then the lack of inflammation in the CSF and lack of oligoclonal bands could be indicative of demyelinating disease or transverse malitis.
