Should We Talk About Ownership at All?
i wonder if, to be even more obtuse, the answer is, should we be talking about ownership at all? I mean, i think maybe that the problem is with organizational structures is that you do get into this, well, here's a thing, who's going to own it? And actually e commerse. It's a cross functional, cross departmental initiative that's going to touch so many different teams. If anyone starts to think that they're the owners of it, there's going to be challenges and politics and problems and what's the point of that? The customer loses. Seems to men can't be owned in isolation.
