The Similarities Between the Mar-a-Lago and Bedminster Investigations
Jack Smith: I actually think there are very similar contours to both sets of investigations. There is an investigation into what happened on the day itself, like whether or not the former president incited the crowd. And if so, whether that rose to the level of criminal incitement, that might be one sort of piece of that puzzle. It could also be the case that there is additional civil stuff going on with regard to poll workers who were accused of fraudulent activities.
