Do You Have a 14-Hour Window?
If she's hungry in the afternoon, has a light snack like some carrot sticks, tomatoes, a piece of fruit. She's not going to need a heavy meal list and stop or appetite for dinner. And then that's keeping most important. It's not as healthy to skip breakfast and delay eating breakfast as a means of increasing your caloric window to a smaller number of hours. Do it by eating dinner earlier. That's having that 14 hour window.
