The problem with the feedback sandwich is its technique. When i'm asking you do is not give a feedbak sandwich. I'm asking you to actually think about for yourself all the good things this person does bring to the table. Also so that your employee understands that you're coming from a place of wanting to be helpful to them and appreciating what they bring to thetable. So i think it's just, it's a difference of almost like philosophy depth.
