Are Uncomfortable Thoughts and Feelings Normal?

I think that, you know, those those uncomfortable thoughts and feelings are very normal. And it's not what the important thing is not the content of what they say. The important thing is how you relate to them. If a thought comes up saying, I'm not going to do this, or I're not going to be able to do this,. the key thing is not to change it to I am Going To Do This. But just to recognize that it's a thought, and it's no more than a thought. As long as you don't identify with it or resist it or cling to it, it doesn't have any hold over you whatsoever.
