How Do You Manage Your Time?
CNN.com editor-in-chief says he tries to give his staff enough time for all of their jobs, even if they're not doing the same work as each other. He sets aside 20 hours a week on SWP and 20 hours on client development or five and 35 minutes per person who works part time. "I really try to play to people's individual strengths and help everyone enjoy their day," said Mr Bhatia.
