The Importance of Having a Mentor
A lot of people want a mentor because it is the structured way of them feeling like they're progressing and they're learning the stuff. The best ones were literally just managers, like my the leaders of the team. And so I would spend a lot of time thinking about who those people are and what you actually want to learn from them.
