Why do grownups say if you eat too much food before swimming, you might sink? Why does my mommy tell me to spit on my mozzie bites? What happens when mosquitoes bite you is you get a little bit of a reaction that makes you itch. If something's really itchy, you can talk to your parents and they can probably give you a little cream that makes it itch less. But I don't think spit's going to do anything for you.
