The Different Types of Peppers
Cubib peppers are the berries of the vine, cubib aficionales. The long pepper plant dies at the end of three years and after the fruit is collected the vine dies down to the ground. A medium called Pipua mula is made from the roots and stems. At one time its importation was forbidden by the king of Portugal as it threatened to interfere with the commerce of India.
