When I was growing up my dad used to watch nature documentaries and that spurred me on. When he passed away it was something I like to continue because it reminded me of him - but also learned about the benefits of spending time in nature. So evolutionary it does it does make sense so when you know back with our ancestors when we were looking for places to settle actually being around things like bird song suggested that these were safer areas.
