The Politics of Elite Overproduction

Elite overproduction is one of the preconditions to a political revolution. There's been a group of Knowledge workers that have gotten displaced over the last 15 years Uh in the tens of thousands. The underemployment rate for college graduates that I last saw you know published it was 33 Um, and then so you stack on the unemployment rate.
