Do You Scale?

We all hope that our children become even greater successes and happier than we were. We want that for our children, that they they will carry our torch. Any one who devotes their life to some sort of social contribution or business, you hope that that business continues to keep your flame lit. A lot of great businesses were founded by inspiring leaders that a generation or two later, and a few ceos later, become mechanisms simply to make money.
