i think t is for a lot of our listeners, in speaking for my personal account, like, we've all bento that low where we don't think it's possible. This is why this is so important. We have to just keep talking. Our secrets keep you sick, and stigma keeps you sick. The combination of secrets and stigma just keeps so many people mired in misery.
