John Orr and the Los Angeles Fire Department

John Orr was an arson investigator for the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department. He had been accused of starting fires in Glendale, LA and La Canyada Flinbridge. The speed with which he arrived at each fire scene raised suspicions. US Attorney's Office became increasingly nervous as they couldn't rule out outdoor fires. They needed to make an arrest before John Orr put more lives at risk. Thorough searches were conducted of John Orr's home, car and office.
