Crimean War - Could Russia Have Winned?
Russia has no means of attacking its real enemies. It can attack Turkey, but the Russians can't get to England or France. The Russian Tsar died and his son eventually accepted that while his father had started this, it was probably his job to finish it. In COS 72 asks, did countries' borders change? Yes, there are some small border changes around in Moldova - very trifling.
