Good Habits and Bad Habits

Good habits are things that you don't really get rewarded for, but you want to do right. Bad habits are like the natural habit system gone wrong; we have a stimulus outside of our usual experience. Good habits can be controlled in a top down manner by designing an environment with as much support as possible. The second one is harder because there's no kind of reward driving the development of that habit.
