A lot of people make the mistake of spending way too much time actually creating and this can be controversial for some folks. Every wed Wednesday, i block off my calendar, no meetings, just plug in the headphones and just startdist buting, creating and promoting content. That piece of content that took off two months ago will still take off in another month or two if you re share it on social. And don't even get me started about a piece that you created a year ago. That piece is just collecting dust for absolutely no good reason. There's so many things that you can do if you are willing to repurposeo content.
