"I make people feel really understood and I try to get, make them feel validated in their pain," he says. "People need a bouncing board for their ideas because they know if they're smart enough to identify the problem, they can identify a solution probably as easily." He adds: "Most of these clients are smart enough, intelligent enough to not just grow their business to where it is today, but to solve every problem by some sort of prompt"
Norm MacDonald did an Ask Me Anything (AMA) on Reddit in 2018, and when asked what life's purpose is he said:
"Well, it depends on your view I suppose but it's been my experience is that life's purpose is to suffer. To abide the inevitable pain and to bear it in a noble way."
