I just wanted to touch upon the current workforce within the NHS. How long do you reckon this mode of operating is sustainable for and is the NHS sustainable without reform? I think in terms of wider reform, we are also getting to a slightly more mature state of debate on the NHS where there is an acceptance that it's not just about the money, it's about where the money goes. And so the debate is becoming more about shifting or at least changing the balance of those resources from acute towards preventive and community services.
