"I'm testing every at the beginning. When I started last year, I was testing every six weeks and things were moving," he said. "Now I'm getting now I'm coming up to a year. I'm testing at least every quarter to have a look at it." He says once you get the LT one dialed in with your lactate you're going to be able to feel it.
