It's hard to change a system when you're part of the system. It's hard to see what needs to be adjusted when you can't tell. My job is to provide an outside view to people, provided an environment where our relationship is so strong it could bear the weight of truth. And not for me to diagnose, i'm not a clinical psychologist. But to help them look at their thoughts, instead of through their thoughts. I think if you have some one or something to serve as an awareness mechanism for you to be able,. whether it be going back and reflecting and saying, what am i learn from this? You can't change what you're not aware of.

He has also worked for the Boston Red Sox as well as the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, and as the Head of Mental Conditioning Department for the IMG Academy, which develops star athletes of the future. He’s also written two books on the subject of developing mental toughness in adolescents.
