Marinall first met the orchestra when he was a student in soporo, Japan. He has worked with them every year since then and says they are 'world class' Marinall's son leo will be singing his first bassoon solo for this production. His voice is just about to change so it could be his last project as a boy soprano. The full interview can be heard on BBC Radio 4 tonight at 9pm.
