The Relationship Between Surgeon and Surgeon

Not every fight it's worth fighting. You have to understand and know what is really worth going to bat for, you know. Most of the surgeons i work with know that if i push back on something and say, no, no, i don't want to do that this way. I want to do it this way. They go, he doesn't fight and argue with me a lot. Maybe i should listen. Yes, obviously that depends on people having some ability to compromise and sort of to give and take.
