The name of the pieces digital platforms boundaries, the interplay of firm scope platform sites and digital interfaces. So that decision is about what assets are owned, what labor is employed, and what activities are performed by the firm. And the second boundary decision has to do with the platform size, and what about the platform size is being decided.
