The Role of a Lead Advisor
As an associate advisor, your primary role is just making sure the financial planning stuff is getting done. As a lead advisor, you are to me, like the whole crux of being a lead advisor means if that client stays or goes, it's on you down the point of like, if too many of them decide they don't want to stay. Some firms will call this lead advisor; some will call this service advisor. And at least if we're going to sort of talk about an employee model, because obviously if you're hanging your own shingle and you're running your own business, all of this is different.
